Independent consultant

Engineering, design,
and the business at one table.

I am Younes Nadif, an independent AI automation consultant. I design and build the systems described on this website and work directly with every client from the first conversation to the handoff.

Clients
Businesses in the United States first, then Europe and the rest of the world. All work is remote.
Languages
English and Spanish customer journeys, implemented and documented in the case studies.
Verified platform record
Top Rated Plus on Upwork, 100% Job Success, and a 4.9 rating from 58 client ratings, checked on the public profile on 6 September 2026.

How I got here.

My education is in physics. It taught me to look for the structure underneath a problem before choosing a tool, and to distrust a result I cannot check. That habit carried into software.

Over the years I have built automations, conversational AI systems, browser extensions, internal applications, bilingual websites, document pipelines, and the creative work around them. Most of that work was for owners and operators who needed their tools to cooperate, not a demonstration of a particular technology.

Today I practice as an independent AI automation consultant. The work is remote, and my clients are mostly in the United States, with others in Europe and elsewhere who work in English or Spanish.

How I work.

I start with the actual process: one enquiry, one job, or one document followed from beginning to end. The first useful version is scoped around that example and the checks that show it works.

Business rules, permissions, calculations, and exact record updates belong in ordinary software logic. AI interprets, drafts, and proposes inside those boundaries, and a person keeps the decisions that carry consequences.

Every build ends with documentation, agreed verification checks, and a clear statement of what the system does and does not do. If a native feature or a simpler rule solves the problem, that is the recommendation you will get.

Where the proof lives.

The case studies describe implemented systems with my contribution, the design decisions, and the evidence available for each one. Client identities are not disclosed, and no business result is claimed without a measurement behind it.

The platform record above comes from my public Upwork profile, and the client feedback on the homepage is reproduced in full with its attribution. My LinkedIn profile covers the professional background.

If you want to see how I reason about integration problems before we talk, the engineering guides are written the way I work: a named problem, the decision behind each step, and a small example you can inspect.

Questions.

Do you work alone?

Yes. You work directly with me on scoping, implementation, testing, and handoff. When a project needs a specialist I do not cover, I say so and we agree how to handle it.

Which countries do you work with?

Businesses in the United States first, and clients elsewhere in the world who work in English or Spanish. All work is remote; collaboration hours are agreed for each engagement.

What kind of business is a good fit?

An established business with customers, staff, and software that needs to work together: home service companies, property and sales teams, agencies, and operators with repeated administrative work.

How do we start?

Send a short description of the process you want to improve through the contact page. A walkthrough, a workflow export, or a list of the tools involved is enough to scope a first step.
