Messages in English or Spanish are welcome. I work remotely with businesses in the United States and worldwide, and we agree meeting times for each engagement.
What to include.
- The process
- The task or workflow you want to improve, who handles it today, and roughly how often it happens.
- The tools
- The systems involved, such as your CRM, forms, spreadsheets, messaging, or n8n instance.
- What goes wrong
- Where information gets lost, repeated, or delayed, and what a good result would look like.
- Any material
- A sanitized workflow export, a screenshot, or a short written walkthrough helps me scope a first step quickly.
What not to send.
Please keep passwords, API keys, customer records, and unredacted conversations out of an initial message. Once we agree to work together, credentials and data are shared through a channel agreed for the project.
What happens next.
I reply with questions or a proposed first step. When the scope is clear, you receive a written description of the outcome, the systems involved, the acceptance checks, and the price before any implementation starts.

How quickly will I hear back?
I answer personally, usually within one or two working days. A project start date depends on scope and current commitments and is agreed in writing.
Can we talk before I commit to anything?
Yes. An initial conversation to understand the process and decide whether the work is a good fit costs nothing and creates no obligation.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, when a project needs one. Send it with the inquiry or ask for a mutual agreement before sharing sensitive detail.
