When you make an enquiry

When you select Send inquiry on the public website, your selected service, email address, optional name or business, project description, and optional answer about how you found this website are submitted through Netlify Forms. The form also includes the page path and an inquiry reference so the submission can be identified. It does not include the page’s query string or browsing history.

Netlify processes and stores submissions and applies spam filtering, including Akismet. Verified submissions are configured to notify contact@younesnadif.com. Hostinger Mail receives those notifications. I use the information to respond, assess your request, and discuss or deliver agreed work. The optional discovery answer helps me understand which channels bring enquiries. I may keep a private record of enquiry progress and agreed project outcomes.

You can also choose an email alternative. Opening an email draft uses your chosen email application; selecting Copy inquiry places the text on your device’s clipboard. Your email provider and the receiving service process messages you send.

The local development preview does not deliver form submissions and labels that behavior explicitly. Please share only the information needed to explain the request. Access credentials and confidential records should be shared through an appropriate channel agreed for the project.

Website delivery and external links

Netlify hosts the website. Delivering and securing web requests can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Hosting providers apply their own operational retention and security practices. See Netlify’s privacy information.

This website currently has no added advertising pixels, visitor analytics script, or tracking cookies set by its application code. Interactive examples run locally in the page. Links to Upwork, LinkedIn, Google, and other external services are governed by those services when you visit them.

Google Search Console integration

Younes Portfolio SEO is a private integration used by the website owner to inspect this site’s search visibility. It is not a public sign up service and it does not ask portfolio visitors to connect a Google account.

With the owner’s authorization, the integration reads Search Console property information, search performance such as queries, pages, clicks and impressions, sitemap information, and URL indexing status. It requests read only Search Console access. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or the contents of a visitor’s Google account.

Authorization credentials and saved reports are stored on the owner’s computer with access restricted to the local account. Selected results may be sent to Codex/OpenAI when the owner requests AI assisted analysis. That processing also depends on the provider’s terms and the account’s data settings.

Google data is used to understand and improve the authorized website’s search performance. It is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used by this integration to build or train general purpose AI models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your choices

Form submission records and email correspondence are kept as needed to respond to an enquiry, administer agreed work, and meet applicable record keeping obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule configured for these records. The Google integration’s local reports remain until the owner removes them; it does not currently run an automatic deletion schedule.

An authorized Google user can revoke the connection through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval; it does not automatically delete previously saved local reports. Requests concerning deletion or correction of information can be sent to the contact email above.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction. Contact me with your request so I can assess and respond to it.

Changes to this notice

This notice should be updated when the enquiry flow, hosting, analytics, or integration data practices change. The date below identifies this version.
