n8n automation and integrations

Connect your tools.
Keep the context.

Custom n8n workflows, integrations, and repairs for the work that crosses your business systems.

A good fit when…

I build and improve workflows that carry the right information between your tools, with clear ownership and a way to handle exceptions.

Build a useful first workflow
You have a repeated task and a clear outcome. We map the inputs, decisions, and tools before choosing how to automate it.
Connect a missing piece
A tool has no ready made connector, or a standard integration does not handle your business rules. We assess its API and the connection around it.
Repair an inherited automation
A workflow fails, repeats an action, or loses information. I trace the actual behavior and scope the correction before changing it.

What we can build.

Custom n8n workflows
Triggers, conditions, routing, approvals, scheduled work, and connected actions designed around your actual process.
API and webhook integrations
Connect systems such as GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Google Workspace, databases, and other services with suitable APIs.
Data synchronization
Map fields and identities, handle updates deliberately, and define what happens when two systems disagree.
Audits and repairs
Review node configuration, expressions, state, retries, and error paths. Document the changes so your team can maintain them.

How the work takes shape.

  1. 01Map the contract between systems

We establish which system owns each value, which events trigger work, and what counts as a completed action.

  2. 02Build for repeat events and failures

We define duplicate handling, retry boundaries, and an operator path for results that cannot be confirmed.

  3. 03Test and hand over

We check ordinary and exceptional scenarios, document credentials and ownership boundaries, and show the team how to operate the workflow.

A typical engagement, adapted to the process and its constraints.

An integration in practice.

For a home service website, I built an n8n flow that connects the first estimate enquiry with a later refinement. It normalizes the form data, creates or updates a GoHighLevel contact, and stores the opportunity identifier for the next stage.

The case study explains the implemented data flow and what the recorded review established. It gives you a concrete example of how a website interaction becomes useful operational information.

A useful starting point.

Start with the tools involved, the result you expect, and an example of what currently happens. If a workflow exists, a sanitized export and error details can help us understand the scope. Keep credentials and customer records out of an initial enquiry.

The handoff can include a workflow export, setup instructions, field mapping, the agreed verification checks, and a clear explanation of known limits. We establish who owns the hosting, credentials, and ongoing operation.

Price and timing depend on the number of systems, API access, data quality, historical imports, and recovery requirements. Tool subscriptions, hosting, and any ongoing support are identified separately before implementation.

n8n is one part of the system. When a browser extension, a database, or a small custom service is needed, I can build the connection around it.

Before we begin.

Can you repair an existing n8n workflow?

Yes. We start with its intended behavior and available execution evidence. I identify the cause, agree the repair scope, and check the affected paths with you.

Do we always need n8n?

No. A native feature may cover the requirement. n8n is useful when work crosses systems or needs logic and visibility that the existing tools do not provide.

What if an action cannot be confirmed?

The workflow needs an explicit way to hold and reconcile it. A timeout alone does not establish whether an external action happened, so repeating the action may be the wrong response.

Will my team be able to maintain it?

The agreed handoff can include workflow files, setup notes, field mapping, and checks for ordinary and exceptional cases. Support after the build can be scoped separately.
