AI automation for owner operated service businesses

Every call answered. Every quote followed up.
Every job on record. Automatically.

I build the systems that text the caller you missed, chase the estimate that went quiet, and carry the job from the first call to the invoice without anyone retyping it. Built around the phone system and software your office already uses. You work with me directly.

What I fix

The leaks in a service business.
Fixed with the tools you already use.

Pick the one that costs you most. Each page shows what changes for you and how to get started.

Missed calls answered by text in seconds

A caller who reaches voicemail gets a text right away, tells you what they need, and books a time. Your office sees the whole conversation.

Text back · Booking · Office alert

Web leads answered in minutes, day or night

A form or message gets a real reply while the customer is still deciding. The right questions get asked, and a good lead lands on your calendar.

Instant reply · Qualifying questions · Calendar

Quotes that get followed up

Every estimate gets a follow up written from the actual quote, and it stops the moment the customer answers. Old leads get a second chance too.

Estimate follow up · Reminders that stop · Old leads revived

No more retyping between tools

Your website, phone, CRM, dispatch and invoicing share one customer and one job. Nobody types the same thing twice, and nothing falls between systems.

One record · Website to invoice · Fewer mistakes

Paperwork drafted, people approve

Proposals, contracts, permits and claims are drafted from the job record, checked by a person, and filed with the job.

Drafts from the record · Human approval · Filed with the job

Not sure where to start?

We follow one job from the first call to the invoice, find where time and customers leak, and pick the one fix that pays back fastest.

One job traced · One fix first · Fixed price

How I work

Clarity first.
Then the right build.

A thoughtful process makes the technology useful. Each step brings the system closer to the people who will use it.

  1. 01

    Understand the work.

We look at the process, the people, and the friction. The starting point is a useful outcome.

  2. 02

    Design the right system.

We decide what to automate, where AI helps, and where people should make the decision. Scope comes before implementation.

  3. 03

    Build around real use.

I connect the tools and build the missing pieces, with reviews as the work takes shape.

  4. 04

    Test, document, and hand over.

We check the everyday flow and the awkward cases. Your team gets a system it can understand and use.

The person behind the work
Younes Nadif

I’m Younes. I bring engineering, design, and business operations to the same table.

My background in physics shaped how I think about systems. Building software, automations, websites, and creative work taught me how to make them useful.

You work directly with me. I connect the technical detail to the business context, and stay close to how the work is actually used.

A few good questions

Before we
start building.

Something else on your mind?
Ask me directly.

Do I need to know what I want built?

No. Tell me what keeps slipping: the calls you miss, the quotes that go quiet, the job that has to be typed in twice. We turn that into a clear first fix together.

Will customers know they are talking to a machine?

The messages are short, written in your voice, and hand over to a person as soon as they should. Customers can always ask for a callback, and emergencies always go to a person.

Do we have to change our phone system or software?

Usually not. I build around the phone system, CRM and scheduling tools your office already uses, and I check yours before agreeing anything.

How are scope and price decided?

We agree the outcome, the systems involved, and a fixed price in writing before any work starts. A 30 minute call is usually enough to get there.

Can you show me what I am missing before I pay anything?

Yes. Ask for a free intake test. I contact your business the way a customer would, once by phone and once through your website, time the replies, and send you a one page scorecard. No obligation.

What happens after the build?

You get documentation, a walkthrough for your office, and an agreed way to check the system is doing its job. Ongoing support can be added if you want it.

Can my team stay in control?

Yes. You decide where automation acts and where a person makes the call. Anything with consequences waits for approval from someone on your team.
