Less time assembling context.
More time applying it.

AI for professional services firms: connect the administrative work around your expertise, from the first enquiry to the brief, the documents, and the next client decision.

A good fit when…

Consulting, legal, accounting, and advisory teams rely on context: what the client asked for, what was agreed, which source is current, and who owns the next step. A useful system carries those details into the work without pretending to replace professional judgment.

The sales handoff leaves gaps
Proposal details, meeting notes, and commitments need to become a usable project brief. Without a structured handoff, the delivery team has to ask the client again.
Expertise is spread across documents
Procedures, templates, and prior decisions are difficult to find or have unclear versions. People need an answer they can trace to an approved source.
Routine updates require manual assembly
Project status, missing documents, timesheets, and invoice references are gathered repeatedly for internal and client updates.

What we can build.

Enquiry intake and project setup
Organize the request, identify missing context, and prepare the client record and kickoff tasks from confirmed scope.
Proposal and document preparation
Map approved information into your templates, track missing fields, and route the prepared version for review before it is shared.
Internal knowledge assistants
Help staff find answers in approved materials, show supporting sources, and preserve document access permissions and version boundaries.
Administrative reporting and handoffs
Prepare status summaries from the systems of record, make exceptions visible, and assign a clear owner to the next action.

How the work takes shape.

  1. 01Map one engagement

Trace the information from first conversation to proposal, kickoff, delivery, and closeout. Choose one repeated administrative handoff.

  2. 02Agree authoritative sources

Define where scope, client details, document versions, and approvals belong, and which people can access them.

  3. 03Validate with the delivery team

Check missing information, conflicting sources, changed scope, and handoff ownership using examples the team can review.

A typical engagement, adapted to the process and its constraints.

A useful starting point.

Start with one repeated task, the tools involved, and an example with private details removed. We can define a useful first version, who owns it, and how to check the result.

I work remotely with companies in the United States and worldwide. You work directly with me on the scope, the implementation, and the handoff, and we agree working hours and any ongoing support for the engagement.

The build cost depends on the systems involved, the quality of the information in them, and the review your office needs. Any estimate of value should include staff review time, tool subscriptions, and maintenance. Recovered hours are not automatically a cash saving.

These are applications I can scope and build. The linked case studies show related engineering work; they do not imply past delivery or measured results in every industry listed here.

Before we begin.

Can an assistant answer from our internal documents?

Yes, with an agreed collection of approved sources, appropriate access boundaries, and references that let a person check the answer. When the sources do not support an answer, it should say so.

Can this prepare proposals without changing our templates?

The workflow can map confirmed values into designated fields while preserving the rest of the template. A person reviews the prepared document before it is sent or signed.

Does this replace specialist advice?

The service focuses on preparation, retrieval, integration, and administrative work. Professional conclusions and client commitments remain with the responsible specialist.
